Cheque

You may also pay by cheque. This can take up to 7 working days to clear. Once cleared, stock can be dispatched, or special orders can be processed.

Deposit

You can put a 30% deposit down on your order. We will then hold any product and price given at the time, for a period of up to 1 month. A deposit in law is deemed to be a binding contract and non-refundable whether a stocked item or special order. Any outstanding balance must be paid when a delivery date is arranged or special orders are required.

Delivery

Delivery charges will apply, prices dependant on location.

All Flooring deliveries are made to "kerbside" at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. The driver may require help unloading the products. As deliveries can be made by large lorry or van, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order. Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are at the courier's discretion. We can advise the courier your preferred time but once again this will be down to the courier's discretion and delivery route. We will pass your phone details to the courier, but cannot make them contact you, this again is down to their discretion.

If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date e.g. no one at the address at the time, then you may be liable for the re-delivery charge if applicable.

Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery, as no claim on damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge where applicable. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installation until goods have been received.

Returns & Cancellations

We will accept whole orders back unopened with the original packaging, for whatever reason, within 7 days from the day after delivery. You will need to return the goods back to us. Please note the initial delivery cost will need to be covered by you. For any whole orders returned after the 7 days there will be a re-stocking charge of 30%.

We are unable to accept part order returns.

We can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.

Check that the boards are flawless before laying them. We will not accept any claims for damaged, faulty or mis-described items once the flooring has been installed. Where the buyer has used or installed the goods, it shall be taken as conclusive evidence that the buyer has accepted that the goods are in perfect condition. You must accept full responsibility for the suitability of the goods ordered for the purpose to which they are put.

In the case of a verbal order, we will always read back your order at the time, and your agreement will form a contract.

All credits will be processed within 14 days.
